Building the trust layer for AI agents
AI agents make decisions without verification. SignalStack gives them a built-in fact-checker: verify claims, documents, media, and businesses before your agent acts.
the problem
AI agents operate on blind faith
SignalStack was born from a simple observation: AI agents need to verify information before acting on it, but there was no infrastructure designed for programmatic trust decisions.
Existing solutions were either manual (hire a researcher), single-source (check one database), or non-deterministic (ask an LLM to guess). None of them worked for agents that need to act with confidence at scale.
So we built our own.
A multi-source verification engine that aggregates data from authoritative sources, computes trust scores, and returns evidence chains.
That engine became SignalStack.
why trust infrastructure matters
AI agents are being deployed to make decisions — approving transactions, verifying documents, assessing risk, and interacting with customers. Without verification, agents operate on blind faith.
A hallucinated fact, a forged document, or a misidentified business can cascade into real-world harm. Trust infrastructure provides the guardrails: it verifies before the agent acts, logs evidence for auditing, and gives humans confidence in autonomous systems.
At SignalStack, we believe that the future of AI depends on trust — and that trust must be infrastructure, not an afterthought.

Our values
What guides every decision
Trust First
Every decision we make is measured against a single question: does this make AI agents more trustworthy? We never compromise on verifiability.
Radical Transparency
Our evidence chains expose every step of the verification process. Users see not just the verdict but exactly how we reached it, from source to score.
Ship with Rigor
We move fast but never at the expense of correctness. Every API response is backed by multi-source validation, audit trails, and continuous monitoring.
Community Over Competition
We believe trust infrastructure should be an open ecosystem. We contribute to open-source verification tools and collaborate with the AI safety community.
Agent-Native Design
Everything we build is designed from the ground up for AI agents — structured APIs, deterministic responses, machine-readable evidence, and sub-second latency.
Continuous Innovation
We never stop improving. Every quarter we invest in new verification sources, scoring models, and integration patterns that push the field forward.
